2" Gallery Wrapped Stretched Canvas Prints

Gallery wrap is a method of stretching the canvas so that it wraps all the way around the frame and is secured to the back using staples. The sides are approximately 2" thick and are prepared and primed in the same manner as the front. The composition is only printed on the face of the canvas and the sides will remain solid, usually black. In addition, the entire back of the canvas is covered to hide staples and includes a secure hanging wire. This method of stretching, printing and preparing the canvas allows for a frameless presentation and is considered ready to hang.
